How to reset passwords

*STEPS TO GET PASSWORD IF IT WAS NOT SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE NEW PERSON(NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE 100% SURE NO PASSWORD WAS ALREADY SENT TO THE NEW PERSON'S EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE YOU USE THIS ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO GET A DIFFERENT PASSWORD):*

Go to the interface(first page) of the website where you usually enter to log in.

Look down you will *Forgot Password?*
Click on that.

A new page opens where u enter username of the account and email address that was used in registering the account

Enter those information of the newly registered person then click on the small box by *I'm not a robot*
Then click on whichever boxes they ask you to click.

After successfully choosing the correct boxes, click on *SUBMIT*

Superlife will send a password link to the email address used to do the registration which you now go to that email address and click on the password link to to log in and complete the steps below in the page that opens

After clicking on the password link superlife has sent to the email address of the new person

It will take you to a page where you will be asked to upload *clear and horizontal* photo of your ID Card or International Passport.

Take *CLEAR and HORIZONTAL* photo of the ID Card(International Passport or Driver License or *clear* Voter ID Card or *permanent* National ID card) which bears the ID number and full name you gave us to use in doing your registration. Note that you *MUST* rotate the ID Card or International Passport on your phone to appear *horizontal* before you upload if only the ID Card or International Passport is NOT already arranged horizontal on your phone or is arranged vertical on your phone(uploading vertically arranged picture of the ID Card is not allowed). You can do this with your phone or laptop or tablet depending on the device you are using. NOTE also that the ONLY acceptable ID Cards are *clear* International Passport or *clear* Driver License or *clear* Voter ID Card or *permanent* National ID card.

Then click on the box below *Identification No Photo* with *Choose File* written on it. It will take you to your phone or tablet or laptop files for you to choose the ID Card or International Passport photo you just snapped.

Then click on *Upload*

It will take you to a new page

Enter any password of your choice in the first *Password* box

Then enter the same password in the *Confirm Password* box

Then enter a Wallet Pin of your choice in the first *Wallet Pin* box

Then enter the same Wallet Pin in the *Confirm Wallet Pin* box

Then click on *SUBMIT* and it will take you straight to your backoffice.

*NOTE:*
*1. ENSURE YOU REMEMBER ANYTHING YOU USE AS PASSWORD or WALLET PIN. AND IF YOU ARE THE FORGETFUL TYPE, WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD and WALLET PIN SOMEWHERE.*

*2. Your Password must contain at least 6 alphanumeric characters.*

*3. Be careful in doing the entries so you do not enter any character(alphabet or number u did not intend entering).*

*4. The difference between Password and Wallet Pin is that:*
*Password* is what you use to log in.
While *Wallet Pin* is what you will be using to withdraw any money you will be making in superlife.
